Return Policy

The Organic Boat Shop

We accept returns on items that are unsatisfactory or defective.

• Unsatisfactory items are ones that don't work out for reasons like wrong colour, size, or model.

• Defective items are ones that have broken under normal use or have a manufacturing defect that prevents normal use.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any items shipped to us requiring customs payment or COD will be refused.

Unsatisfactory Items

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT OR SHIPPING ERROR

Please inspect your items upon receipt. For items damaged in shipping, or if we shipped you the wrong item please call or email us within 7 days of receiving your item.
